An online marketplace for elderly care. Working collaboratively within a talented design team of two designers and one UX researcher I am currently the lead designer on the retention team at Careship. Previously in charge of designing the booking funnel, partner portal, landing pages, and the partner native app.

• Design ops - Running and facilitating weekly design alignment meetings, design librarian for the global style-guide, researching and integrating new design tools into the workflow
• User research - Ran and participated in user research projects with partners and customers.
• Design workflows - Set up the process how to maintain and update the design system library. Involved in setting up hypothesis framework & opportunity tree workflows with the product team.
• Marketing - Set up a modular design landing page system which sped up development time allowing for faster hypothesis testing increasing best performing LP conversion by 58%
• Branding & Design strategy - Defining and setting up global CI guidelines. Leading brand initiatives with external design agencies for offline campaigns. Managing an external freelance graphic designer for print projects.
• Product definition and development - Lead designer for the booking funnel, customer portal, partner portal web, and Landing pages. Part of the team setting up the caregiver native app.
• Running design sprints - Facilitated design sprints conducting rapid prototyping for the booking funnel, customer portal, partner portal.
• Customer journey mapping - Worked closely with our UX researcher in mapping the entire customer & partner journey
• Copy writing - Working in close collaboration with our copywriter to ensure the narrative always matches the UX/UI

In charge of all creative and visual output including online UX/UI, marketing materials and corporate identity. Challenge was to create a coherent and attractive brand that consisted of a product assortment spanning across many styles and price ranges.

• Branding & Design strategy - In charge of building the entire 360Living brand from ground up.
• Design workflows - Defining, setting up and maintaining global CI guidelines. Managing weekly campaign design asset output, spanning from banner adds to newsletters.
• User research - In charge of running user research projects with customers and suppliers.
• Design recruiting - Recruited and managed a team of two freelancers.
• Product definition and conceptualising - Entire online shop experience from campaign to checkout.
• Copy writing - Working in close collaboration with our copywriter on marketing campaigns.

An online marketplace connecting customers with a reliable mechanic in their area. Part of the first product team that helped establish Caroobi as a design & product driven company insuring a funding of 20M from BMW. The challenge was to build a coherent trustworthy brand around car mechanics that inherently have customer trust and reliability issues.

• Branding & Design strategy - In charge of conceptualising and launching entire Coroobi's initial CI & website
• Ethnographic studies - Visited mechanics in their workshops across Berlin to understand partner needs and problems.
• User research - Conducting user interviews with customers to improve the online booking experience.
• Managing design team - Recruited and managed design team of 3
• Product definition and conceptualising - In charge of Website, lead-gen pages and user funnel.

Working with a talented team over 70 engineers to develop a complex yet user friendly shelf configurator. Contributing to building up Hem as a brand known not only for its highly crafted designer furniture but the go to place for customisable furniture solutions.

• Product definition and conceptualising - Lead designer for the custom shelf configurator, involved in custom lamp configurator (Alphabeta), and modular shelf unit configurator (Chain)
• User research - Conducting interviews with customers who were looking to get a custom build furniture.
• Art directing - In charge of consulting the photography team with the furniture photoshoots
• Marketing - Working closely with the marketing department creating re-usable templates for banner adds.

A creative agency build around creating playful and delightful products from DIY books, educational websites, board games to flat packed doll houses. In charge of initial ideation, sketching out concepts, CAD modelling, physical prototyping, and web-design.

• CAD modelling - Building prototype models in Solid Works for manufacturing handoffs
• UI Design - Involved in redesigning the knot-knot.de & TPPD.de website

Quirky wants to empower inventors and those inspired by everyday challenges to create a better products. Winning their weekly submission of products to be selected for manufacturing, I came on to join the team in developing my and some other inventors ideas.
