About the Role

Stitch Fix’s Frontend Platform engineering team is looking for an experienced, people-focused and empathetic Engineering Manager to join our team to help propel the next generation of frontend tooling and infrastructure forward for our evolving audience of engineers. We are responsible for supporting frontend development at Stitch Fix and guiding it into the future. We strive to enable our product development teams by building quality platform tooling, so they can focus on the most pressing product problems instead of fighting with infrastructure. We accomplish this by building infrastructure and tooling that enables teams to do things like reuse components efficiently, analyze usage and allow engineers to work with more autonomy. We’re motivated by our ability to help our partners in engineering continue delivering value and providing an enjoyable experience for our consumers.

You will manage a team of engineers building key infrastructure for customer-facing frontend products and solutions and contribute to their overall success. You will spend your time helping your team focus their time where they are needed most. Your commitment to applying frontend technology to business challenges in innovative ways will make you a trusted advisor to your partners and your team.
