Description

Greetabl is growing quickly and looking for a Product Manager to help build an outstanding experience for our customers and drive operational improvements. You will report to our CEO and work with a small but amazing group of team members in a fast-paced environment. This role’s responsibilities span aspects of Product Manager and Product Owner, and requires vision and empathy alongside incredible organization, outstanding communication, and an ability to “own it” from day one.

The right candidates will be passionate about delivering an outstanding digital experience, not afraid to challenge the status quo, and chamption an environment of data-driven decision making.

This position is fully remote. We cannot currently sponsor H1-B.

Responsibilities

  • Define, articulate, and manage the execution of the product roadmap for core e-commerce experiences alongside our founders.
  • Serve as the Scrum Team Product Owner engaging with our technology and business stakeholder teams to provide direction based on the product roadmap and business needs. This includes directly managing our overseas (Poland) development team as well as working with the technology counterparts of other stakeholders such as our fulfillment partner.
  • Partner with Customer Happiness to understand and prioritize e-commerce customer issues and bugs in order to resolve them efficiently and uncover opportunities.
  • Manage our tech stack and key software partners to ensure fast and reliable front- and backend performance.
  • Launch, test, and optimize new features, and improve existing ones.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to drive growth through testing and feature development.
  • Assist in executing data-driven workflows and reporting for operational improvements.
  • Conduct user research, map user journeys, and identify pain points and areas for growth.
  • Get creative, experiment, ask crazy questions, think BIG!
  • Contribute in any other way you can to the team’s success.

Requirements

  • You have a strong desire to build something amazing in the gifting space.
  • You have at least two years experience as a Product Manager/Owner working with a software development team on multiple product enhancement releases.
  • You are highly analytical, incredibly organized, and endlessly curious.
  • You have experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and e-commerce metrics.
  • You understand how to balance customer needs with business goals.
  • You have amazing product sense and intuition.
  • You know how to hustle.
  • You are able to execute your role without issue on a fully remote basis (including overlapping CST time zone work hours).
