GovernmentCIO is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Portfolio’s Pharmacy Products within the Clinical Ancillary Product Line. The Project Coordinator will support functions of the Program Manager as well as our VA clients.
Location: This is a remote working opportunity. This individual is expected to have a proven track record of working remotely with minimal direction.
Responsibilities
- Meeting planning, organizing, and facilitation which includes preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes
- Prepare presentations for contract required reporting and briefs for executive leadership
- Conduct research, analyze information needs, and perform analysis to support the delivery of relevant artifacts including business process diagrams, reports, and presentations
- Manage and maintain content for SharePoint sites
- Track deliverables and other project related artifacts
- Work as a team player and leader in order to effectively coordinate across functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Cost Accounting or related scientific/technical discipline and 5 years of experience, (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education).
- Current VA network access is highly desired.
- Prior experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other Government agency preferred.
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills with proven ability to balance competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reports and presentations.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven environment with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Means to build and manage client and professional relationships at all levels.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
