SaaS Contract Specialist
Our rapidly expanding company is currently seeking a SaaS Contract Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting global SaaS contracts, inclusive of renewals, amendments and terminations. We are looking for someone who can partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Deployment to optimize the renewal process, retain and grow existing customer relationships and provide a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process helping to secure recurring revenues for the global business
- Plan, develop and implement sales strategies to streamline existing customer contracts
- Identify non-standard terms and conditions to assist the sales team in restructuring customer contracts upon renewal
- Manage customer churns and downsells through contract documentation, such as change letters and Salesforce.com tracking
- Maintain timely contract/documentation administration 90 days prior to renewal date
- Partner with the Sales teams to ensure proper customer communication and account strategy
- Coordinate with the cross-functional teams, acting as the point person for gathering feedback and determining next steps
- Provide quarterly renewal forecasts by region
- Assist the team in achieving 90%+ Renewal Retention Rate
- Utilize Salesforce.com for all tracking and reporting of the renewal management processes
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2+ years relevant Contracts, Renewals, and/or Sales Operations experience
- 1+ years Sales/Account Management experience a plus
- High degree of attention to detail
- Experience with administration of contracts/legal documentation
- Strong analytical skills
- Salesforce CRM experience required
- Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience working in a startup environment a plus
