WordPress Plugin Developer at LionSher

As a WordPress Developer at LionSher, you’ll join the Imagely - NextGEN Gallery team where you will develop new features, work on improving our current set and even work on a brand new SaaS product. NextGEN Gallery is one of the most popular WordPress gallery plugins of all time used on over 700,000+ sites. Our customers consist of professional photographers, designers, developers and Fortune 500 companies.

This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere. However, you’ll need to work exclusively within U.S. EST or CST.

Role Responsibilities

• Build new features and tackle bug reports. 
• Collaborate with the development and support teams. 

Required Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress plugin development, architecture, and standards.
• Advanced proficiency with PHP, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency with JavaScript (jQuery, ES6, etc).
• Proficiency with JavaScript tooling (React, state management, and Web APIs).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in TypeScript, ReScript, ReasonML, OCaml.
• Experience with Zenhub, Github actions, Kubernetes, DevOps.
• Experience working remotely.
