• Turned our Taleo Performance system around to provide a better user experience and stability to the company overall.

Design and implement technical operations—including installation, customization, documentation, debugging and performance tuning—on special projects, applying all applicable best-practices. Provide second-level support for issues arising from the use of enterprise standard applications.

• Developed a system to maintain, notify and update nursing licensure. It replaces a spreadsheet process for managing licensure for up to 5,000 nurses with licenses across 50 states.
• Developed a user friendly interface to help our customer service representatives on-board new members.
• Redesigned an in-house care management suite using a modern web framework and methodologies.

Proactively identify, evaluate, and solve problems with rigorous logic and a systematic approach; looking beyond the obvious to find root cause issues and creative solutions.

• Created a Microsoft Access front-end and a SQL Server back-end CRM for Member Services to keep track of members, faxes, and reporting on departmental goals. This tool helped save members an estimated $13 million in prescription savings and our department from hiring extra FTEs.

Worked as a Pharmacy Technician in different aspects of the mail order pharmacy business. Ranging from Item Entry, Failed/Exception Claims and Member Services. All of these positions required that I maintain certification in being a Pharmacy Technician and continuing education.

• Created a tool for my department to record their daily completed work for leadership reporting.
• Created a tool that was able to screen scrape the antique pharmacy system and impose as a technician to quickly move orders, items and comment on profiles. This work didn't require a technician to review and it became an automated process there after.

I am the sole creator/developer for Pinellas Public 911 Data. I started this project because I'm a fan of listening to EMS/Fire scanners and the logistics of getting equipment and manpower to the places that are needed. So the county provides a site that was made in like 1900s that isn't friendly with any mobile device and just didn't give me enough information.

It's changed technology underneath three times. I started with Meteor.JS and Semantic UI front-end. Then switched to Ampersand.JS (backbone-like) system using ReactJS as the frontend with Semantic UI.

Now the site is currently running on MeteorJS again and using Bootstrap as the front-end framework. It's repository currently sits at http://github.com/combsco/Pinellas911
