    Responsible for leading the content strategy team in creating excellent inbound marketing campaigns for top-tier private universities around the nation. My daily duties revolve around overseeing the team's content marketing efforts, developing content strategy for legacy clients, testing new automation and content amplification platforms, collaborating across departments to launch new projects and pieces, optimizing internal processes, as well as serving as a role model for strategy, innovation, and lifelong learning.

    • Launched Forensic Scholars Today, a quarterly academic publication highlighting the field of forensic science, in collaboration with a Concordia University, St. Paul professor.
    • Drove a 137% Y^Y increase in organic leads for Southeastern University Online - all during the school's traditional off-season (October).

    • Directly managed a team of outreach specialists to generate brand awareness for our clients through SEO-optimized, content-driven ad placements across a private, internally cultivated network of independent blogs and news publications.
    • Sold Postachio assets one year later to a Canadian firm that went on to develop a blogging platform.

    • Propelled a relatively unknown cosmetics brand to the #2 position on Google for the term "makeup" after a 5-month outreach/influencer campaign of my direction. This company still ranks high to this day for individual product terms and continues to use the majority of my onsite SEO recommendations.
    • Led strategy to develop an interactive tool that enables users to estimate storage unit needs by dragging furniture and boxes into a 3D storage unit. The storage space calculator is still in use on the client's website today.
    • Directly managed promotion expenses for clients totaling over $15k monthly. Budget exclusively went to outreach marketing efforts with each buy being thoroughly reviewed for SEO and referral traffic benefits.

    • Created over 80 pieces of unique content covering military/defense topics for a military social network.
    • Brainstormed and optimized content for a food documentary highlighting the benefits of plant-based diets. The documentary went on to become a viral hit and continues to have a zealous community of fans.

Maintained social media accounts for the brand and individual artists, created promotional copy for artist campaigns, coordinated regional events for the Dim Mak fashion collection, and worked with the larger creative marketing team to strategize for all brand promotional events.

    • Played a team lead role in facilitating the first Dim Mak fashion show by casting models and acting as event coordinator.
    • Participated in brainstorming promotional giveaways and booth design for MAGIC, the world's largest fashion marketplace/showcase in Las Vegas (2008).

    I lead project management, user experience, creative direction, and marketing strategy for Forensic Scholars Today, a content and branding initiative on behalf of Concordia University St. Paul, a Learning House client. Collaborated with The American Institute for the Advancement of Forensic Studies (AIAFS) CEO and CSP professor, Jerrod Brown, to develop a quarterly academic publication centered on the field of forensic science.

  • Sanchezbook

    Product Developer|Aug, 2014Current

    Developed a private social network for the Sanchez family in California. Built on Wordpress along with custom HTML, CSS, and PHP for additional features. Members use the network to communicate with other relatives, keep updated gift wish lists, add and RSVP to family events, as well as share important news on the community blog. In essence, this is a simplified Facebook with added features that extended families can use to keep in touch, regardless of age/tech literacy.
