Lianne Harrison

Technical Project Manager
My journey started when I had the opportunity to join an innovative startup in Toronto where I was able to develop an e-commerce product from the ground up. Curious as to why people buy what they do, I invested in understanding everything I could about marketing, user journeys and coding to building prototypes, gaining feedback and iterating that data back into our product. Subsequently, this inspired me to attend a coding bootcamp and learn how to program and create web apps. Dedicated to working in technology and leveraging my other key strengths and interests, such as building relationships and identifying customer needs, my purpose is to deliver technical projects that align with the wider business objectives. I am now a certified SCRUM master, striving for continued improvement from my team, streamlining processes and influencing and shaping my teams roadmap. UX, behavioural economics and design continue to intrigue me and motivate me to continue my personal development. Personal interests include a love of fashion and makeup in particular the industry and psychology behind it. In my spare time I volunteer at a code club for kids and I try and play an active role in raising awareness in young girls to become interested in STEM careers.
