Galaxy Control Systems is an Access Control hardware and software manufacturer. They create Control Centers for office-type buildings and municipalities that help manage all of their hardware and personnel needs.

  • Talking with stakeholders and subject matter experts to get to know the field of access controls
  • Conducting User Research to understand the needs of current users
  • Working in collaboration with the Project Manager to define project goals and establish a timeline and plan to achieve them
  • Collaborating in Miro to create Information Architecture, User Flows, and other UX artifacts
  • Creating Figma prototypes and working with stakeholders on their improvements and implementations
