• Standardized and oversaw management of 12 system database environments (e.g. Test, QA, and PROD) for Continucare, Concentra, MetCare, and CAC of Florida.

• Trained, tested, and implemented EHR system upgrade across 58 unique private practice databases in under 60 days to satisfy Health-e-Practice initiative at St. John Providence Health System.
• Streamlined denial management process and completed CAS Code configuration to help practices better achieve positive AR and prevent lost revenue.
• Spearheaded helpdesk ticket review program to cross-train support teams, including 10 senior analysts, 10 support agents, and 8 clinical transformation associates.
• Prepared detailed decision documents outlining customization options for physician sub-team review; successfully implemented and launched patient portal, in-house laboratory workflows, and MCIR state registry integration.
• Met aggressive timelines by developing full system setup spreadsheet, build checklist, and decision matrix, as well as web-based training modules and user acceptance test scripts.
