* Incorporated estimated equipment for new converting process into empty building area with rough dimensions. Equipment layout needs to support efficiency and operation access for new and existing converting lines based on corporate standards around personnel, fork truck and electrical panel access.
* Developed concepts for a new Kitchen Rail Safety Access (KRSA) Standard Design, which can be implemented in most of the mill and used as a reference for the future mills to come, maintaining high operation safeness and meeting corporate standards.
* Developed and executed and Environmental Monitoring Process Qualifications (EMPQ) protocol for the ISO 8 areas of the purification building.

* Designed and installed with contractors the Platform Stairs in both of the Tissue Machines because they were not following OSHA regulation. I also had them make them remake the ones they made because the dimensions where incorrect.
* Designed and coordinated with contractors the installation of a Pall Oil Purifier Skid, a Duplex Filter Unit and the modification of the oil pump system resulting in a successful installation and purification of the oil, obtaining a 90% water reduction in the oil and the life extension of 55% more. This resulted in a total saving of $291,000 for the company.
* Designed and project managed with KCC mechanics the installation of brackets for both Tissue Machines (TM) at a narrow and tight space inside the Red Zone (forming roll area), to detect when the spool is in the correct position when it’s picked up, and make it continue with its path so that it would not fall again from the Top Kitchen Rail.
* Designed and installed with contractors a Platform Extension for #1 Tissue Machine for the operator to be safe when cleaning the Red Zone Area and not standing in an unsafe position when is using the air gun.
* Assisted and participated in morning meetings to ensure communication between teams and know what problems that happened during the night shift.
* Learned Solid Works using the Solid Professor Program provided by the company. Obtained the 2011 Essentials Certificate Training and 2011 Advanced Certificate Training.
