• Developed, deployed, and A/B tested features for a new Bing.com product using React.js, managing the complexities of a large monorepo with over 3,000 engineers.
• Worked closely with the design team to enhance the brand identity across multiple products through strategic UI interactions and animations.
• Enhanced existing Storybook design systems and built a new one from scratch, significantly improving design consistency and usability.
• Drove the development of high-traffic top-of-funnel pages, attracting nearly 5 million monthly views, and led A/B/n testing to inform strategic product decisions in a large Next.js/Tailwind app.
• Triaged and helped resolve over 300 accessibility issues following the acquisition of a startup, bringing the product into Microsoft’s a11y compliance.

• Led the development of the agency’s technical team from the ground up, shaping our strategy and technical services.
• Led several initiatives supporting the agency’s marketing and technical infrastructure and enhanced processes related to communication, recruiting, finances, and knowledge management.
• Led the development efforts for high-profile clients including Nike, Apple, Code42, and Nestle including CMS-driven projects, full i18n support, and strict a11y standards.
• Managed and made significant contribution to all internal technical efforts, overseeing design, user experience, and development of custom software handling many mission-critical tasks for the agency.

Spent a few years consulting, taking on roles including product manager, UX designer, design systems consultant, and solo software engineer at three early-stage startups.

Led frontend development for large-scale CMS/e-commerce websites at Space150 and The Nerdery, working with major brands such as American Express, 3M, Buffalo Wild Wings, and American Eagle.
