• Led the Charles Butt Foundation UI strategy and developed the design system and its documentation.

• Created wireframes, prototypes with mirco-interactions, and user flows to validate concepts from user research and user testing.
• Partnered with Art Director to create the Charles Butt Foundation brand, brand guidelines, and its visual identity, including logos, logo animations, colors, typography, illustrations, icons, print media, social media, and animations.

• Gathered, evaluated, and translated brand and user requirements into the style guide & design system for the RYHT website in collaboration with Web Developer and Art Director.
• Identified and troubleshot UX problems and their solutions.
• Created user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and micro-interactions to validate solutions in user testing.

• Developed the branding and all promotional content for 4 conferences, 20+ advocacy campaigns, the INTERSECT ED podcast, and 2 interactive polls on public education.
• Created concepts, layouts, and designs for program materials, websites, newsletters, blogs, social media, policy campaigns, print, digital advertising, event materials, presentations, signage, infographics, animations, and more.
• Provided pre-production, production, and post-production support for design, motion graphic, video, and photography projects.
