• Heuristically evaluated and designed, with a cross-functional team, CHI 2020-accepted mixed reality interfaces of a usable, expert-to-novice remote surgery prototype for the Navy Medical Center San Diego.

• Self-initiated and service designed an intern mentorship program with the involvement of directors, Ph.D. mentors, hired interns, and projects from American Specialty Health.
• Researched medical device trust models for diabetes with user interviews, insights, low fidelity wireframes, evaluations, and advised project-initiating presentations for Dexcom.
• Synthesized in-transit and micromobility journey maps, comparative solutions, and ideations on top of assistance on reports for Hyundai.

• Designed 20+ convenience & connectivity diabetes management design suggestions under a software #WeAreNotWaiting pioneer from filtering 1,000+ researched-based needs, consolidating research, and confirming G6 App screen flows.

• Won a contract, led a student and recent alum team to publish an e-commerce rental site with a resourceful content management system stack following an end-to-end design thinking process.

• Designed research artifacts, provided research assistance, and analyzed interviews to inform watch app design decisions for pediatrics with diabetes.

• Researched insights presented in CHI 2017 of a behavior change interface connected to acoustic home sensors of the sedentary, screen, and dinner habits of Hispanic families.

Delivered Parkinson's experience research, workshops, and designs toward the team’s journey winning $2,000.
