Managed operational, executive and IT projects for the Puget Sound's oldest, physician-owned pathology laboratory with ten diagnostic locations. Analyze business productivity metrics for quality assurance and workflow optimization.

  • Integrated data visualization and business analytics software into operational workflow
  • Implemented two new hospital laboratories within the last twelve months: the newest labs for the organization in three years.
  • Coordinated the response to RFP selected by one of the region's largest non-profit, private healthcare systems, expanding out network by a third.

Activities included: assigning subcontractors and vendors to phases and elements after reviewing and negotiating competitive bids; preparing cost estimates with project managers and architects for client review; controlling project costs by approving expenditures and forecasting resources; preparing and maintaining project schedules. Projects ranged from small remodels to historic renovations to $3M new construction projects.

  • Originally hired as Project Coordinator, promoted within eight months to a role in project management: the youngest project engineer in the history of the firm.
  • Invited as an inaugural member of an inter-company task force to bring a forum for field members to share ideas on business development. This task force was highlighted in Seattle Business Magazine’s 100 Businesses to Work For.
