My role as an Office Manager is to organize and coordinate office administration and procedure to ensure organizational effectiveness, resourcefulness and safety. My responsibilities consist of proficiency in verbal and written communication, strategic planning or prioritizing, and attention to detail. Ultimately, I set the tone for HCH and establish policies that remain consistent to the quality of our service throughout the company.
Performed a multitude of administrative tasks that contributed to the orderliness and productivity of the program. Maintained and reported data to be compliant with school-program guidelines and developed innovative techniques for improving the standards of the program.
Served as the departments focal point for information pertaining to the program and assisted any student or guest that entered the office. Executed any clerical duties that maximized the programs efficiency.
