Sitting in the Behavioral Health Division of the Multnomah County Health Department, I am responsible for the management of technology used to serve our internal and external healthcare stakeholders. This includes management of our support and development efforts while adhering to regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA.

Some of my key responsibilities and wins include:

  • Managing ten direct reports whose work spans the gamut from daily user support to business analysis to technical development
  • Quickly identified multiple significant inefficiencies in work management practices and put together a plan/roadmap for standardized product management

• managed a team of 5 functional resources and 6 engineering/analytics resources in the development of ERP customizations, data analytics projects, and mobile applications development
