While at Spot (an Expa company) I designed the tools and process to seed Spot with high quality content. I also conducted extensive user testing for the product and market.
LuckyBird created a series of best selling transit apps for cities including Boston, San Francisco, Toronto, and Chicago. The apps have been downloaded over 200,000 times.
At Safe Shepherd I ran our marketing and customer satisfaction teams. I also conducted extensive user testing in order to influence product decisions.
As a consultant I helped multiple companies with their UX and UI design. I specifically helped translate products from web to mobile.
In 2013 we raised over $20,000 for Kiva, Samasource, Muttville, and the SF Food Bank. Startups that competed include: Zaarly, TaskRabbit, Github, 99 Designs, Nitro PDF, Heroku, and Bright Funds.
The challenge proposed by Mozilla Ignite was to design and build apps for the faster, smarter Internet of the future. We built a platform to analyze public transit data in real-time. We were chosen as one of 20 finalists out of 500 competitors.
