Team lead for a social media listening and analytics project for one of the leading F&B companies in India. Responsible for complete project delivery including regular interaction with clients and Executive stakeholders. My work involves data-mining and report generation using various tools to mine data from social media networks and deliver insights on products, brand behavior and company strategies to drive business decisions. I also conducted Requirements gathering for new projects with client meetings along with template report generation, effort estimation and resource identification.
Additionally, I have worked and converted RFPs across the Sales, Marketing, Corporate Branding and Consumer Insights divisions into projects.
As the product manager of the flagship brand Kingfisher Premium, my role involved maintaining the Market leader position at 52% and strengthening the Market share via consistent brand activations, visibility drives and competition tracking. One of the main campaigns I worked on was Kingfisher Premium’s biggest National campaign IPL 2014 where I ideated and executed a 360 degree marketing campaign, leading to a total of 200 million consumer contacts created during the two-month campaign period.
Additionally, I also worked across various HORECA channels in New Delhi, Pune and Bangalore as part of sales stints tracking spends, competitors and resourcing requirements
I worked for Philips in the Healthcare division and my role involved the Quality Assurance and Software development of frameworks for medical devices. Apart from garnering skills such as Agile, Scrum, SDLC methods of working, I also underwent cross site interaction and training at partner site in Hamburg, Germany in 2011.
