  • Currently working with two clients: Uber Costa Rica (Transportation Network Company) and Livanova (Medical Devices Company).
  • Working mainly with customer service positions: agents, team leads, senior team leads, workforce leads, learning leads and with sales positions: sales manager, sales representative and customer service analyst.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with Hiring Managers, and HR Partners in order to discuss vacancies needs and updates.
  • Provide onsite support in functional areas of the human resources/staffing department; including the recruitment, employment and personnel records of candidates and applicants. Work with LATAM based clients.
  • Daily utilization of ICIMS, Taleo and SkyRecruit (Applicant Tracking System) to schedule interviews, update candidates profiles, and move through the hiring process.
  • Full Cycle recruitment from sourcing and creating a candidate pipeline, interviewing candidates, assessment evaluation, background process to on boarding all new employees.
  • Creatively identify new and/or improve upon sourcing methods which include community outreach and involvement.
  • Collaborate with human resource managers, talent acquisition coordinators, and department heads on candidate assessment and selection.
