Within a hybrid Waterfall-Agile environment, I worked with senior stakeholders on multiple workstreams at the tier one Investment Bank, BAML. These included the full lifecycle tech delivery of a new regulatory system and document storage system with third party providers, as well as managing non technical book of work remediation
- Conducted ‘customer journey’ workshops with Dublin Cash Management Team (visiting Dublin office occasionally) and documented by producing personas and customer journey mappings, aswell as current state ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be' of impacted procedural changes
- To support development with our 3rd Party (Meritsoft), I used agile requirements gathering approaches to convert capabilities and features into epic/user stories. As Project Manager, I worked with stakeholders across Front Office, IT Development, and Operations to prioritise sprint backlog.
- Created process flow diagrams documenting all areas of operational change and seeking sign off from global stakeholders
- Created project plans for multiple projects being managed using MS Project and tracked budget using internal project reporting tool
- Produced RACI Matrix (Roles and Responsibility Matrix) capturing both post go-live operational duties
- Coordinated testing and training for multiple workstreams. This included producing a test plan, test scripts/scenarios, and logging issues via JIRA as well as running training workshops

- Managed team in India on supporting project to ensure quality assurance of firm abiding to new regulation.
