• Plans and directs engineering assignments on the project of building the first Nuclear Power Plant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Responsible for assessing design and construction management/procurement services to be provided by leading Nuclear Technology Suppliers worldwide.
• Advising on the preparation of the Project Execution Plans (PEP) and project reporting as well as the development of contractual requirements and scopes of work.
• Assuring compliance with the Project Execution Plans (PEP), contractual requirements, and scopes of work that were defined.
• Preparing and issuing periodic reports to the top management.
• Verifying plans, consultants' reports, specifications for accuracy; note discrepancies.
• Supporting the management of outstanding correspondences, workflows and RFIs with all stakeholders, internally and externally.

Project: Ma’aden headquarter 2nd phase, 30.0 million (SAR)

• Assisted the management team in supervising and managing all project engineering functions (RFI, Submittals, Document Control, etc.)
• Examined Contract Documents and Technical Bids for completeness, deficiencies, constructability, code compliance, etc.

Project: Rest house construction project, 12,300 sq.ft (Jun 2009 - Nov 2009)

• Oversaw and facilitated all construction activities within schedule and budget
• Managed daily project completion and trades coordination--ensuring productive use of machines, labor, and materials.
• Managed project costs, performed take-offs and developed project proposals working directly with the General Contractor.

Reviewed and inspected drawings for accuracy and capability before entering the architectural data into the system.

• Scrutinized architectural projects for compliance to rules, regulations, and building codes.
• Accredited architectural projects for submittal and final stamp of approvals--including meetings with the architects and end customers.

• Translated the Architectural and Structural CD’s for 10,300 sq. ft. Shopping Center into a 3d, intelligent ArchiCAD® model.
• Acted as BIM Facilitator for the above shopping center—aggregating all the subcontractors’3-dimensional models, and running coordination clashes with Navisworks®software.
• Worked on various projects from schematic design to construction document level.
