Surgeries:
Assisting surgeons in the care of surgical patients, preparing the OR and paper work for surgical procedures and assisting with pre- and post-op monitoring and care for patients. Helping with surgical instruments, cleaning, packing and sterilizing. Helping with medical records and notes. Discharging patients.
Urgent care:
Triaging patients. Obtaining and reporting vitals, keeping records of changes. Performing all laboratory in-hospital procedures, radiographs.
General wellness and sick appointments:
Fear free trained and certified. Taking patient histories, vital signs, and weights on patients and assist with consults. Discuss bills and estimates after doctor's plan and recommendations are complete. Performing all laboratory in-hospital procedures and to prepare specimens for outside laboratories. Filling meds.
Scribe:
Detail-oriented, have adept computer and typing skills with accurate punctuation, spelling, and excellent communication skills. Experienced to work in a fast-paced environment and assist doctors with both clinical tasks.
