Working at Oath's AI Lab (formerly Yahoo) where I collaborate with a team of researchers + engs on conceptualizing and building experiments around conversational assistance (CUI).

  • Partnering with UX research team to identify and validate primary assistance use-cases
  • Collaborating with a dedicated researcher and prototyper on weekly usability lab testing
  • Closely working with five teams of engineers to keep product strategy aligned with technical feasibility
  • Running carefully-planned bucket tests on products with 120+ million of daily users
