I lead all functions of running a well scaled application development, UX, Product, and digital strategy shop. I've directed 3x growth for the past 3 years.

  • + Lead creative, UX, and technology teams to support application asset development including platforms, saas, apps and API's. Own delivery management and client engagement in drafting proposals, budgets and timelines for client projects.
  • + Work with the subject matter expert (SME), business development/sales, marketing, and executive teams to manage the product roadmap, prioritize and facilitate feature launch, and translate requirements into action through story boarding, wireframes, mockups, spec docs, etc.

RAFAS is a Non-Profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to fostering and supporting excellence in Film Arts and Sciences within the Upstate New York Region. We offer our members education and insight related to the film and media industry, organize and provide information related to local independent productions and cultivate the production community at large in the Greater Rochester Area.

  • + Provided subject matter expertise counseling to the New York State non-profit educational organization established to help new filmmakers network and bring short and feature films to public release.
  • + Directed company in methods of establishing image and visibility through branding, social media marketing (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), public relations, partnerships, and event promotion. Spearheaded all public Grant programs such as the "Capacity Building Grant".
