  • Was honoured with “AS Impact” award for excellent and outstanding performance during FY 2013-14. •Currently working as Project Lead for delivering a high visibility project focused on generating revenue through a joint venture between SunGard and the ISP as a means to automate network implementation of new customers with help of PAPI and the HP automation suite. •Currently working as a Project Coordinator for implementation of HP uCMDB, NNMi in our environment. •Currently working as a Project Coordinator for driving solution towards implementation of an interface to let the customer interact with their devices through SunGard portal. •Currently working as Project Lead for projects involving NOC-Automation with the help of HPNA, HPSA and HPOO along with vendor. Key involvement in designing HPNA CLI scripts for automation of Pre- Approved Changes. •Acted as Project Lead in forming and executing a process related to acquiring credits from SunGard ISP’s in case of an SLA Breach since July - 2013.This helped the company gain credits of close to 10000 USD till now from vendors like Verizon, Level3, etc. •Acted as Project Lead for detection and driving clean-up project of network noise in the entire system across US, UK and India and thereby reducing the number of false positives from 330000 to 22000 daily. This helped in reducing the man hours spent on such false positives drastically and directly improved the customer satisfaction scores. •Mentoring/supervising a team of 10 Tier-0 network engineers across two shifts and built them to reach the skill level of tier-1 network engineer thus eliminating the tier - 0 groups completely. This helped the organisation to reduce the TTR and TTN drastically as 75% of the entire workload is currently being handled by the tier-1 group. Thus giving the tier - 2/3 more time to work on crucial issues improving the quality. •Key player in implementing and training the NOC, Change, TAM’s, IM’s across the company on NetBrain tool.
