Assisted HR Coordinators during the hiring and on-boarding process of over 60 new caregivers. Prepared new hire training program workbooks for weekly orientation of at least 5 caregivers a time. Sat through dozens of applicant interviews—shadowed HR coordinator in assessment of interview including executing background checks. Managed over 100 active caregiver profiles as well as inactive caregiver profiles. Ensured all proper documentation such as W-4 and I-9 were present in profiles.
Scheduled 40+ interviews with internship applicants. Was exclusively in charge of the master calendar—scheduled work days for the 18 interns at the time. Handled phone calls and emails for co-owners as well as managed their schedules.
