Main activities:- daily elaboration and sending of the "RCI Banque Italy Market Performance Report" to the company and to Renault Italia Board of Directors- provide automotive market analysis to Brand Managers and Top Management- supporting the Renault/Dacia Brand Manager in the creation of new financial products, taking into account various economic KPI's.- Concurrence Benchmarking- Rci Banque Financial Offer management in the Manufacturer's advertising campaigns.
Consultant for Ford Italia in the "Customer Lifecycle Management" Project:The CLM is a retail integrated business solution to increase the customer loyalty and retail visits in the national Dealership workshops through the advisory and selling of aftersales services and promotions using outbound telemarketing, reaching quantitative and qualitative objectives- Responsible for the performances of 10 italian dealers.
