Responsible for growing business across the tech stack ranging from video, mobile, programmatic and Aol owned and operated sites like Huffington Post, Engadget, Moviefone, TechCrunch, Stylist, Games.com and 30 additional sites.

Grew revenue through Aol's DSP (AOP) 73% YoY and increased revenue on video 300% YoY. Responsible for negotiating a platform partnership with key partners to increase programmatic media investment in mobile, display and video through Aol's assets.

Created a culture that shifted company from digital out of home solution to online media company. Team is responsible for selling SoloHealth.com as well as our mobile application. Working with product team developed a marketing solution that was atypical of impression based advertising. Leveraged our engagement with consumers to co-develop custom solutions for companies like P&G, Kellogg's and J&J.

Working with financial organization developed a new pricing structure that achieves long term growth. Created a team that took revenue from 0 to $5.5 million in billing over a 10 month period.
