Wyzant is an online-based service that attempts to match tutors with students.

I was a part of a small team that built and maintained our on-premise and cloud infrastructure. We worked closely with developers to ship code, and provided additional internal support.

• Deployed custom Virtual Machines (VMs) & Kubernetes clusters in a Google Cloud environment, for developers to build, release & deploy
• Used Kubernetes to deploy and manage containers (pods), secrets and services on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Led initiative to reduce deployment and rollback times using Helm
• Created deploy pipelines for development and production apps
• Debugged complex production issues across entire stack
