• Strategic Product Launches: Partnered with Product and Engineering on key product launches (Agoda Flights, Hotels, Homes, iOS/Android redesign) and strategic B2B initiatives in APAC markets.
• Enterprise UX Leadership: Led the redesign of customer support tools for 800+ agents and optimized backend tools, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and user satisfaction.

• Fire Product Launches: Played a pivotal role in the development and launch of FirePhone/FireOS, contributing to core apps and system framework. Today the operating system powers several of Amazon’s top-selling products, including FireTV, FireTablet, and Echo devices.
• Innovation in Design: Filed over 10 patent applications, with 2 patents awarded, showcasing a commitment to UX innovation and problem-solving.
• Design zero-to-one: Lead designer for unreleased consumer camera device and security system.
