  • Software and Service Company in HR solutions (2012-2007) AGRATE (IT) R&D DIRECTOR, PROGRAM MANAGER, ALLIANCE MANAGER In charge of the Software development area, with more than 70 people in two sites (Milan and Ravenna), I managed several projects with main customers. Project Mgr. and Account involved in numerous Banking Customers projects, the most important being the full outsourcing of Payroll and HR services of BNL Bank (more than 16.000 employees). As R&D director and as Alliance Mgr. developed new software and service solutions and started a new approach to HR Budget with Corporate Performance Management systems to manage complex customer like banks and insurance companies worth about more than one million euro and similar savings due to new processes applied to other customers.
