A respected St. Augustine, Florida entrepreneur, Harold David Bishop Jr. serves as managing partner and co-founder with Allurent. Since 1985, Harold Bishop has provided coordinated services that meet the needs of major manufacturers for systems, automation, and engineering solutions. He and his Florida team excel in the development of custom applications and in configuring complex control systems.
Mr. Bishop began his career at Measurex, and spent a decade working with Measurex Control Systems in various client-defined capacities. These included site technical representation, as well as developing custom application software, and he guided the implementation and launch of the Measurex MxOpen distributed control platform.
Mr. Bishop earned his BS in electronics engineering technology at the DeVry Institute of Technology and focused on fields such as control circuit design and robotics. He has also undertaken advanced coursework in Rockwell Automation’s FactoryTalk View SE Programming. He holds Siemens PCS7 Engineering 1 and 2 certification, as well as qualifications in Honeywell Experion LX Fundamentals.
