As a Squad Leader, I am directly responsible for the accomplishment of the mission and well-being of 12 or more Marines. I am held responsible for the outcome of their actions and productivity in training. With the help of my team leaders, I prepare presentations/ briefs, training, and counseling’s. As an 0933 I am responsible for ensuring the unit meets the standards for marksmanship. As part of a team we give classes on marksmanship, prepare the ranges, and individually coach Marines to improve their marksmanship.
