My first journey in the IT world was at a software house as web designer and front-end developer for Joomla! platform. Here, I helped the company in delivering outsourcing projects from both overseas and domestic clients. Most of our projects related with Joomla! template development.
My main responsibility was making reservation or selling airline tickets, audit document related with passenger’s ticket, daily reporting to headquarter for ticket sales.
Founded in 1979, Modular Mining Systems, Inc. revolutionized the mining industry with a groundbreaking product: the DISPATCH Fleet Management system. Through custom hardware and software, this new technology optimized the assignment of trucks to loading and dumping points in an open pit mine and produced operating reports throughout a shift. The DISPATCH system's global success served as a springboard for further innovation, leading to the development of Modular's IntelliMine suite. Here, I was responsible to test and customizing Dispatch fleet management system based on client requirement. I also design a desktop program to help our technician for handling work order & purchase order report and provide a program to help management in reporting tax, financial statement, and other managerial things.
My major study was related with Marketing Management. From there I studied more things about understanding customer behavior, business development, public relation and marketing research. I also led student organization in business department to help other student’s get value added from several programs we made.
TradePost is a mobile first peer to peer e-commerce platform where users can buy and sell goods and services. We built the TradePost platform because we wanted to create a standard for people when shopping online. With our core proprietary features, TradePost was built around being safe, quick, and hassle free. And with free registration and no listing costs, there is no obligation for our users. As UI/UX Mobile Designer, my role includes: • Create user personas, user journeys, user flows and do some user testing for alpha to beta stages. • Lead and collaborate with the whole team that involved with the projects. • Design wireframes and provide prototypes to present it in front of whole stakeholder. • Design a high fidelity visual interactive and handover to mobile developer.
As Project Manager, my role includes: • Setup team, tools and project tasks. • Lead mobile developer to implement the design as per design flows. • Make weekly report to project owner. • Responsible to submit app to itunesconnect for beta testing.
Adsumo is a ads research platform which built as browser extensions (Firefox & Chrome) to help advertiser to make a better ads targeting in Facebook. This software was become a phenomenal when breaking a sales record within 14 days for over 5,000 licenses sold out for $49 per license with life time support. TiketStudio is a travel aggregator website and reservation platform for hotel, airplane, theme park, bus, train, rent car, and tour activities products. This is still in a beta stage and will only serve for hotel reservations. In this project, I was responsible to make a concept, wireframe, and design prototyping for its mobile application. My challenge was how to simplify the booking process in mobile app that meet our market characteristics in Indonesia. The whole process took 5 months including design for 2 months and development for 3 months. Lab Sakura App is mobile application platform for online clinics operated by Laboratorium Klinik Sakura. They provide some medical services that can be accessed by the patient from home. Patient can make a schedule for medical check-up simply from the app and medical officer will come to his/her home to perform medical test. Patient can also see their medical result directly from their smartphone once the result is available. As UI/UX designer I did some research related with user segmentation, persona creation, create wireframe until convert it into high fidelity prototyping before handover it to the developer team.
This project was the next phase of the previous version which provided the ability to access it from mobile devices. My challenge was to simplify the complexity and make it easier for mobile user to use it. I spent 20 days to make a concept and show a prototype to client. Since this app is full of form fields, the hardest thing was relying on design implementation for development team. Thus I had to provide form framework library for both iOS and Android platform to help developer works
The Graph is an application tools for marketer as an add on which is installed in the client’s browser. With The Graph, the user can search and find more information about people, stories, group and event activities without having to remember hundreds keywords in Facebook graph search. Yes, The Graph is simplifying the Facebook search. The launching of The Graph V.3 as powerful marketing tools had attracted more than 7500 people and broke the sales record for more than 3 billion rupiah (USD 225,000) in 2 weeks after new design and features introduced to public with pre- order sales. My role in this project was re-designing the old browser plugin design which they made before. Since this plugin need a user to log in their Facebook account, my challenge was how to make user feel safely using this browser plugin. My idea is to incorporate the plugin design with the current Facebook's design style, so user will see this plugin as the part of their Facebook page. Chaterpress is Social Photo Printing™ app with chat to curate & print memories into photobook. Perfect for everyday life delivered to you. As UI/UX designer my goal was how to simplify the proses from getting specific photos from social media such as Instagram or Facebook, let user edit their photo without hassle until check out process. Here I made a research comparing similar app from app store and then breaking it down all the features to fit with client requirement. After research done, I stepped into creating few version of wireframes then high fidelity visual to present as prototyping. As Project Manager I setup and led the team (creative & developer) to work together and build transparency in communication between stakeholder.
All Aboard! (formerly SoHelpful) was a SaaS startup founded by Kevin Dewalt, a well-known serial entrepreneur and internet marketer. The project was started in June 2015 and my job was redesigning and simplifying the old call scheduling widget process to be more modern look, clean and easier to use. The design process took 7 days including concepting, wireframing, mockup, and prototyping it with invision app. The challenges was how to keep current widget system without modifying a back-end service by his developer but still allowed to modifying the UI.

Sellyhoo (formerly Sellit) mobile app is the easiest way to sell, discover and buy all from the palm of your hand. It enables people to sell an item in under 60 seconds and made selling much simpler. Pictli is the easiest way to send a framed photo gift from mobile phone. With Pictli people can choose a photo they love from mobile phone, Instagram or Facebook account, place it in a beautiful frame, then have it delivered wrapped with a card to their love ones. This project was coming from 99designs contest and I awarded as a winner to continue the project in 1 on 1 private project.
