I’m a UX designer, engineer, and business builder with the ability to conceive, iterate, and execute design solutions in a shared environment and create engaging and compelling user experiences. I’ve led design teams for Fortune 500 clients and startups. Design is how great products voice their worth, and great design acts as a conversation with the user is not only the product fit but the company's values. As a UX designer, my job is always evolving, but my goal remains the same: to design a system which increases the customer's perception of value, satisfaction, and ease of use through interaction and utility. Educating, engaging, and advocating for users is my mission; supporting, and nurturing creative people is my job. Excellent designers are not visionaries, but rather a process and data junkies and my defined process has led to successful solutions in the absence of a roadmap. I believe in developer-friendly design techniques. Often that means a full understanding of the stack and your design limitations. It always involves the following best practices in mobile-first design and having a grasp on modern web frameworks. I have a track record of designing innovative ways to use products, redesigning well-established products to improve them and reinventing brands. I’m fearless when it comes to tackling new form factors or highly technical products and have been recognized by Google Women Techmakers as a prominent tech leader.

  • Analyzed information architecture to gain a deeper understanding of technology, user goals, and behavior.
  • To alleviate the workload on engineering, I created a living style-guide for frontend elements and components for internal engineering use enabling rapid iteration on building the new dashboard.
  • Designed the new self serve dash on both the service provider side and the customer side.
  • Reduced strain on customer service by implementing chat, dynamic tips and tricks and creating a self serve bidding system.
  • I preserved brand integrity while modernizing the look and feel to reflect the company's new stage.
