I co-founded a boutique real estate investment company that acquired and rehabilitated distressed single-family homes in New Jersey.

  • Property Acquisition: Built relationships with property wholesalers, real estate agents and other investors to acquire distressed properties.
  • Budgeting: Developed budgets for each property that included estimating transaction costs on both sides of the deal and soliciting multiple bids for each stage of renovation.
  • Construction Management: Designed and managed the renovation of each property from start to finish. Ensured subcontractors fulfilled contract obligations and that all work was done properly and passed township inspections.
  • Project Management: Worked with title clerks, township officials, home inspectors, attorneys, appraisers and real estate agents from both sides of the deal to ensure the transaction moved as smoothly as possible.
  • Notable achievements: Multiple properties sold over asking price. Majority of properties were under contract within a week of being listed.

I began my real estate career working with a top broker who specialized in the sales and rentals of townhouses and brownstones in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
