As an IOT specialist, I was responsible to run 3GPP Protocol Conformance testing as part of Pre-Certification testing on Blackberry 10 devices. I have used Anite 9000 test equipment extensively and am familiar with using Agilent 8960, CMW 500, Anritsu and Spirent for RF/Protocol testing.

As a Field Test Specialist, I was dedicated to test and verify upcoming BlackBerry products in the field to ensure quality prior to release. In my role, I identified issues arising in the field and performed first level trouble-shooting where appropriate, accurately describing the issues, collecting logs and submitting them internally for further analysis and resolution. I also assisted in writing/updating test cases and procedures to facilitate the test efforts as well as develop, optimize and maintain a consistent test strategy

• Hands-on experience with testing and developing BlackBerry 10 products. Identified and accelerated the resolution of critical issues. QXDM log Analysis.
• Proficient in performing User Acceptance Tests (UAT), Throughput tests using Metrico Datum, Call Performance tests, Nomad, A-GPS, OTASL. Familiar with testing 10776 document of AT&T.
• Good understanding of LTE network and architecture.
