This project includes implementation of the entire sales process for B2C (Residential and SMB) and B2B for one of the leading Utilities suppliers in Belgium, integration with external systems like billing (SAP), communication (Streamserve) etc. As a consultant, my role was to analyse business requirements and processes and transform that into solution that will improve processes and improve customer satisfaction.
