He has worked in the online space since 2007 and spent the majority of that time helping companies in the region adopt a data-driven approach to digital marketing through A/B and MVT testing and clever uses of data. He frequently evangelizes conversion rate optimization and making data–driven decisions. His work has driven dramatic lifts across a diverse range of market segments including Retail, Software, Travel, Marketplaces, Finance, Insurance, Airlines and Media & Entertainment. When he isn't spending time thinking about how to lift conversion rates James can be most likely found on the golf course or ski fields.
