I am a very communication-based person and I try my best to connect with students and people I work with as effectively as I can, which is one of the main reason as to why I am currently studying music education. Moreover, I'm not afraid to work with a few challenges since there is almost always a solution to a variety of obstacles that come across in the workspace that need to be identified, resolved quickly, and efficiently. My goal is to work with everyone as sufficient as I possibly can in order to ensure I help create an environment of people who can reach their full potential regardless of the workspace. Studying in the department of music education has reinforced ideas of discipline, proper presentation, and self-determination for the purpose of ensuring I manage out my career as best I can and overall be successful in any position I am hired under.
