Jeff Pankratz

Directed a network of students at the University of Montana in Missoula, to teach and encourage one another in their faith, helping them keep an abiding walk with Jesus during their college years. Creating opportunities to use their giftings and personalities for personal growth, supporting them in prayer.

• Built a mens discipleship network, reaching out with the gospel in the dorms.
• Led retreats, conferences, and weekend training events for students.
• Pioneered an on-campus prayer movement between other campus organizations and churches.

Serving the local church through equipping several teams, from local missions caring for single moms in need of a quality vehicle, to overseas mission teams ministering in church plants among Muslim citiies in izmir and Istanbul, Turkey. Coordinating and equipping student ministry teams on local college campuses, high school and middle school campuses. Providing pastoral care to a network of missional communities, & individual biblical counseling to parents and families. Teaching, preaching, and leading worship Sunday mornings, welcoming new families and individuals into the church family and plugging men and women into our discipleship pathway, leading some through our accredited ministry school for their Bachelors and Masters degrees with the Antioch School of Church Planting and Leadership Development.

• Partnered with 4 churches & 7 college campuses to direct a network of central MN tehcnical college ministries.
• Helped create monthly city-wide worship and prayer event, where none existed before.
• Trained and equipped a network of 12 missional communities to establish new believer and families to follow Jesus together.

Direct and provide pastoral care to a central MN church network of families on Jesus' mission. We multiply disciples, communities, and leaders to plant the gospel forward in other neighborhoods & communities. We are a blessing to be a blessing to our own families, our church family, and our neighbors throughout everyday life.

• Oversee a local network of Eph 4:12 ministry leaders in St Cloud to commit to lifestyle evangelism and making disciples in DNA groups.
• Help direct and provide leadership for 7 missional communities abiding in Jesus, growing as church families, and blessing their own cities.
• Teach and train a network of 25 central MN servant leaders and developing servant leaders in our Servant School, MN's first nonformal accredited local church-based ministry school.
