November 2011 will mark Pet Valu’s expansion into Saskatchewan. The Pet Valu family of stores operate under the names Pet Valu®, Paulmac’s Pet Food® and Bosley’s, and together comprise the largest retail operation in Canada dedicated to providing families with food and supplies for dogs, cats, companion birds, wild birds, fish, reptiles and small animals. • Take calls from stores and head office users; trouble-shooting, assisting or re-directing as necessary. • Logging calls received into problem-tracking software. • Maintain, update and follow-up on outstanding Problem Reports. • Follow up with relevant users for updates on problems requiring their action. • Assist in POS procedural documentation. • Participate in testing of POS hardware and software. • Participate in testing of in-house developed head office software. • Troubleshooting and maintenance of PCs and POS equipment. • Placing service calls with vendors and subsequent follow up to ensure satisfactory service.
