As an analyst, my varied skills have meant I have been involved with all kinds of projects, from organising physical departmental move to documenting procedural work flows, both existing and potential. The purpose of these changes were all to ensure the improvement of the provision of a good service to the customers. I also helped the company and our customer satisfy the requirements of numerous regulatory and internal changes. My ability to create MS Access Databases has meant that I have been able to quickly provide my departments with a system that can run and monitor new processes. My experience with MS Excel means that colleagues from senior management downwards call on me for ways to calculate, analyse and display data.
I was working on a variety of internal projects, including internal office moves, MI production, migration of work from one location to another and the introduction of a new system access process. All of these had to be completed without a break in the provision of customer service. I was also responsible for the resolution of various technical issues concerning system access, and system failure. A lot of this work required the creation of MS Access Databases. These helped the production of MI in a timely manner and also the flow of policy holders that needed regular contact as a result of changes in legislation.
Activities and Societies: Cricket team, scorer
