Jon Berry

Director of Technology

Since 1995, I have been building a career in Online Marketing, Web Development, Hosting, Network Administration and Consulting. I have designed, programmed, and managed Web properties from local business sites to large online portals and communities. I have designed and created proprietary content management systems, software as a service (SaaS) Web applications, and other custom tools for Fortune 500 companies. I helped to pioneer the creative and strategic use of auxiliary and byproduct data for marketing, sales, analytics and other purposes, specifically in the Real Estate Marketing industry. Currently I am working to help my clients embrace the latest changes in Online Marketing, Social Media, and Community Management, along with the new standards that these tools have created in the art of Customer Service.

    Marketing / IT Director|Oct, 2001May, 2003

I conceptualized and developed a custom, proprietary, real estate management, marketing, and communication platform to capture user information, track online actions, assign leads to agents, and completely manage the real estate transaction from the first click to the closing table. The platform would generate an intuitive lead profile based on the online activity of each user, which was then used to assist the client in their home search and purchasing process. The platform would track all communication, and allow the broker to oversee the status and progression of each transaction as it developed. The data collected would generate dynamic marketing materials and reports indicating specific market conditions, which would then be used to help home sellers market their homes to prospective, qualified home buyers – which at that time, was a completely revolutionary idea. This creative, intelligent use of data is now the foundation of most real estate marketing software.
