The majority of time is spent I work in the Public Sector Bid Team with responsibility for end-to-end bid management of priority opportunities for the firm. Full understanding of ITT documents and the client's requirements. I create templates to ensure responses are structured in accordance with the question, evaluation criteria and scoring matrix. I gather proposal information, draft responses to non-technical questions, review bids and oral decks. Complete PQQ, SQ, ESPD documents. Identify potential risks and liaise with QRM and DBS. Manage internal Deloitte compliance processes. Support on pricing strategy. Co-ordinate submissions to portals. Use SharePoint and monitor ITT tracker on a daily basis. Work alongside Partners, Directors and bid teams during the bid lifecycle, manage check-in calls, scheduling DRB's.
