I help teams use evidence to build solutions that work. With a background in experimental design for behavioral science, I've spent the last six years finding innovative ways to build evidence-driven design process in startups, digital agencies, consultancies, and the enterprise. With a grounding in quantitative and qualitative methods of inquiry, I work with client stakeholders and delivery teams to create a research approach that can navigate complex problems in transformation spaces and high impact/highly regulated domains. I have partnered with startups, healthcare organizations, and federal and state agencies to lead early efforts with business partners to define the problem they’re trying to solve and identify next steps. I align stakeholders, talk to end users, turn vague ideas into concrete priorities, and inform product strategy with research insights. I build process that supports integrating ongoing research in that minimize risk in the product development process.
