The Bio-Leadership Fellowship is a global movement of people and projects working towards better forms of human progress by working as nature. I’m part of a cohort of 50 fellows working on healing, nurturing and weaving different ways of being. Being human as part of one larger network of life.

• Engaged in deep inquiry across ecopsychology, systems thinking, collapse studies and regenerative culture. Drawing on the work of Joanna Macy, David Abram, Ursula K. Le Guin, among others.
• Created “Devenir Animal“. A guided meditation and workshop experience inviting participants to sense, feel and reimagine their place within the larger web of life.
• Deepened the narrative and philosophical foundation behind Kindo's community and storytelling practice.

Kindo is an experiment on community & regeneration, a catalyst built (with love) around hope.

Themes: Bio-economies, Systems Thinking, Animism, Eco-literature, Collective Resilience, Policy & Strategy.

• Curated 74 stories showcasing positive resistance, communion with nature and regenerative innovations (across Colombia and the world)

• More than 1500 people reached across Colombia & México. Through partnered events plus IRL & remote workshops and guided meditations.

• Co-founded the Colombian Network of Wellbeing Economies.

  • More than 120 people reached through our in-person events.

• Publishing *Sinfonías*, a substack publication exploring childhood animism, play, beauty and more-than-human empathy as philosophical ground for regenerative living

Vammo is accelerating the adoption of electric motorcycles in Latin America through a battery swapping ecosystem. Removing one of the region's most persistent barriers to clean mobility.

• Led company-wide GHG accounting across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 — establishing Vammo's first emissions baseline and measurement framework.
• Built the first data pipeline for battery-cabinet performance analysis, enabling evidence-based decisions on fleet sustainability.
• Co-architected the core swap logic infrastructure supporting Vammo's operational scale across Brasil.

Technical stack: Nest.js, Postgres, Clickhouse, Redis, Kafka, MQTT.

• Build and maintain microservices using Node.js, Nest, Typescript and MongoDB.
• Build Lambda functions using AWS technologies, Typescript.

• Integrated 7 international retailers with Instaleap's e-grocery logistics technologies (Mobile and Web platforms via RESTful API's).
• Product Owner of an integrations system that scaled to +20k orders/month in 4 months.

Social innovation & citizen engagement laboratory for Latin America and the Global South.

• Co-created the "Toolkit for Change Makers" a visual collective of information, exercises, practical advice and humor for helping social ventures scale and achieve sustainability.
• Coordinated the development of a web app that helped measure bullying levels in middle and high schools of Colombia (+1000 students reached).
• Created functional and technical requirements for a Messenger Bot, whose function is to collect citizen proposals.
• Mentored three social initiatives in the creation of their pitches, later presented in the Latin Ventures Summit 2019, Cartagena.

Democracy Earth (YC W15) is a tech non-profit focused on creating platforms for decentralized and incorruptible online governance.

• Social media content management.
• Wrote two articles about Liquid Democracy and Democracy´s future.
• Proposed a toolkit for designers which gradually evolved into a design system project.
• Created design assets (Via Figma) for the Democracy Academy.
• Worked on a paper about Blockchain and University elections in Colombia (University as a sandbox)
