• Took the product from concept to paid public launch in six months; ship and operate every part of it: Next.js 16 / React 19, Supabase, Clerk subscription billing, feature-gated entitlements, and Rekordbox/Serato playlist import with confidence-scored track matching.
• Built a custom graph rendering engine in Rust compiled to WebAssembly, running in a web worker on OffscreenCanvas to keep rendering off the main thread and drive a keyboard-first dual-tree graph UI at 120 fps.
• Diagnosed Postgres row-level-security policies that full-scanned core tables, causing 8-second timeouts at 10 concurrent users; rewrote the policies to use indexes and verified zero errors under k6 load tests.
• Designed an offline-first sync layer (IndexedDB cache, write queue, temporary-ID remapping) that reconciles optimistic local writes against the server without data loss.

• Built a multi-tenant compliance-management SaaS for EHS-regulated industrial sites: worksite-scoped RBAC, token-based invitations, Postgres row-level security, and typed-API authorization.
• Replaced paper checklists with a schema-versioned, drag-and-drop digital-forms subsystem: QR-based public submissions, expiring/revocable/capped links, immutable PDF audit trails, and anti-abuse hardening.
• Built a recurring-task engine on RRule schedules and Supabase Edge Functions, with per-occurrence completion workflows, document and form attachments, and monthly summary-email cron.
• Shipped Stripe Checkout, Customer Portal, and webhook-based plan provisioning across separate environmental and safety plans, handling past-due, paused, and canceled subscription states.
• Own auth flows, signed-URL document management, the marketing site, accessibility-conscious mobile-first UI, deployment, and SEO.

• Led development of an AI image builder with collage/merge features and managed the engineering team: code review, Git flow, and repository standards.
• Designed and launched a programmatic SEO platform generating keyword-optimized pages at scale, integrating CMS and LLM pipelines for automated content creation, validation, and publishing.
